Abstract
Despatch to London. Minutes (2), Enclosures (untranscribed) (1).
Seymour forwards the report of the Collector of Customs and suggests placing British Columbia on the list of those favoured in the Spanish Dominions. Sandford’s minute approves of Cox’s suggestion to send Seymour’s despatch to the Foreign Office and Joseph for Parliament. The included document relates custom regulations, with particular reference to trade with Spain.
