My Lord Duke,
I have the honor to lay before Your Grace a Return showing the
Revenue for the six months from the firstof of January to the
30th of June 1867 and from the corresponding period of 1868.
2. This Statement is satisfactory as showing an increase of
upwards of seventy thousand dollars in the receipts.
