Buckingham transmits Mrs. W. G. Cox’s letter, regarding continuing support payments and Mr. W. G. Cox’s current location, to Seymour and requests Seymour to forward the letter to Mr. W. G. Cox.

I transmit to you a copy of a letter from Mrs. Cox the wife of Mr. W.G. Cox in the service of the Government of British Columbia stating that he has discontinued remitting any money to this country for her support.
