Buckingham informs Seymour that the Crown Agents have received funds from the Paymaster General, issued to British Columbia for pensions and gratuities paid by [British Columbia's] Government during the year 1866.

I have the honor to inform you with reference to your despatch Separate of the 30th July last that the Paymaster General has been instructed to issue to the Crown Agents the sum of £296.16.11 being the amount due to the Colony of British Columbia for pensions andgratuitiesManuscript image gratuities paid by your Government during the year 1866.
