Seymour forwards a letter addressed to [Seymour] by Lord Lyttleton respecting Mr C.W. Franks and Seymour’s reply. Blake’s minute suggests seeing E/3747. Included documents request support for Franks’s in seeking employment and discuss why Seymour cannot support Franks’s search for employment with the Colonial Office.
