of the Colony of British Columbia, the Attorney General’s report, and copies of the laws, which the ordinance supersedes.
Holland’s minute describes the effect of ordinance 36 and recommends sanctioning the ordinance.

My Lord Duke,
I have the honor to forward an authenticated and two plain
copies of an Ordinance of the late Session of the Legislature of
this Colony entitled;No 36.
No 36. An Ordinance to assimilate the laws for the
regulation of harbors in all parts of the Colony of British Columbia.
I append the report of the Attorney General and copies
of the laws of the two sections of the Colony which the enclosed
Ordinance has superseded. I beg to recommend it for favorable
consideration.
