I have the honor to forward an Authenticated and two plain
Copies of an Ordinance of the recent Session of the Legislature
of this Colony, entitled;
No. 17. An Ordinance to define the Jurisdiction ofCounty

2. This Ordinance was framed by Mr Justice Begbie after the
Clause suspending the operation of Ordinance No. 14 had passed the
Legislative Council, Mr Begbie having strongly represented the
necessity of the Measure.
