Sir,
I have the honor to forward an Authenticated and two plain Copies of an Ordinance of the recent Session of the Legislature of this Colony, entitled;NoManuscript image No. 15. An Ordinance for the regulation of Pilotage. I add the Report of the Attorney General together with a copy of the Rules and Regulations for the government of the Pilot Commissioners.
