Sir,
I have the honor to transmit the Returns required by the
"Rules and Regulations for the Colonial Service," relating to
the Revenues, Receipts, and Disbursements during the quarterended
ended the 30th September 1865.
2. The letter from the Treasurer, copy of which accompanies the
Returns, points out the cause of the delay in forwarding these papers.
