Sir,
I have the honor to transmit an Authenticated and two plain
Copies of an Ordinance of the present Session of the Legislature
of this Colony, entitled;
No. 2. An Ordinancein in Aid of the Trustees Relief Act.
I add the Report of the Attorney General.
2. I caused this Ordinance to be introduced in the amended
shape in obedience to the instructions contained in your Despatch
No. 53 of the 3rd August last.

The 4th clause is not very satisfactory—it is difficult
to see exactly what it will cover. But it seems to be
reasonably intended—and probably will answer its purpose reasonably.
