Sir,
In obedience to the instructions contained in Your Circular Despatch of the 27th June 1864, I have the honor to report for the information of the Board of Trade, that a Light ShiphasManuscript image has been built by this Government and is stationed in the Gulf of Georgia to mark the entrance to the Fraser River.
2. The enclosed Report from the Harbour Master contains a full description of the vessel and explains the exact position in which she is now anchored.
