I have read with interest your Despatch No. 61 of the
22nd of May,
containing a report of your visit to the Indian School which has been
established at St. Mary's on the
Fraser.
The account which you give of this Establishment, and of the
improvement of the Boys who attend it, does great credit to the
Authorities who were
instrumental instrumental in its foundation, as well as to those
who immediately preside over it; and I request that you will convey to
them my appreciation of the services which they have thus rendered to
the Colony.
