Grafton to Under-Secretary of State
Not having received any reply to the communication
addressed to you on the 27th of August last, relative
to a letter addressed to the Lieutenant Governor of British
Columbia, I am directed, by Earl de Grey and Ripon, to
request that you will furnish him with an answer thereto
at your earliest convenience.
