My Lord Duke,
I beg to inform your Grace, that it is my intention when relieved from the Government of this Colony by the arrival of my successor, to proceed as soon after as convenient to England, and I have to beg that your Grace willauthorizeManuscript image authorize me to draw upon Her Majesty's Treasury for the amount of passage money allowed to Governors on returning from their Governments.
