I have the honor to acquaint your Grace that I have
authorized the Treasurer to procure by Bills on England
in the usual manner, the sum of Two Thousand Pounds (£2000) on
account of the ParliamentaryGrant
Grant for 1863 in aid of
expenses incurred by Royal Engineers, and I trust your
Grace will be good enough to give the necessary instructions for the
Bills presented on this account to be paid when they become due.
