With reference to your despatch No. 68 of the 14th of November, I have the honor to enclose for your information a copy of a letter which has been addressed by direction of the Secretary of State for War to Colonel Moody in answer to his applicationforManuscript image for grant in aid of a school for the children of the Royal Engineers.
