In reply to your letter of the 22nd ultimo, transmitting copies of correspondence relative to a grant in aid of a School being made to the Royal Engineers in British Columbia, I am directed by Secretary Sir George C. Lewis to forward herewith a copy of a letter addressed to Colonel Moody, Royal Engineers on the subject.
