I am commanded by my Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty
to request that you will move the Duke of Newcastle to cause the sum of £42.4.0, being the difference between the £50,
abated from Broker's claim for £1520.1.3, for freight to
Vancouver's Island per "Thames City," and the ascertained
value of Four Cases of Brandy deficient, to be paid to the credit of
NavalServices
