I have the honor to report to you that I have granted nine
months leave of absence, to proceed to England upon medical
Certificate, to Mr Philip Henry Nind Stipendiary Magistrate
and Assistant Gold Commissionerfor

2. I regret to be deprived of the valuable services of
Mr Nind at this time, when so large an immigration is
anticipated to the District where he is known and respected,
