Agreeably to your Grace's desire I have now the honor to
inform your Grace that this Company have presented separate
Petitions to Her Majesty in Council, praying to have their rights
determined in regard to the disputed territory in British
Columbia and in the Island of Vancouver.
It will now therefore be necessary that this Company's
Solicitors should be placed in communication with the Law
Advisers of the Government, in order to arrange the documentary
evidence to be
