The Acting Colonial Commissary having made Requisition
upon me, as by letter herewith enclosed, for the sum of Two
Thousand Five hundred Pounds, being the necessary outlay in
the Military
branch
branch of that Department for the 1 quarter
of the present year, I have the honor to acquaint your Grace
that not having funds in the Colonial Chest to meet this
demand, I have instructed the Treasurer to procure the above
named sum, by Bills on Her Majesty's Paymaster General, and
I trust your Grace will be pleased to obtain the necessary
authority from the Lords Commissioners
of
of
the Treasury, for
the Bills presented on this account to be paid when they become due.
