With reference to my letters of the 31st of December last transmitting the Letters Patent for the Vice Admiral and Judge of the Vice Admiralty Court of British Columbia, I beg to send you herewith five copies of the Rules and Regulations and of the Table of Fees for the use of the Officers of that Court.
