the disturbances at Ft Yale and the suspension of Mr Perrier,and that he has passed on the government's approval to Moody, for Moody's plan to send a party of Royal Marines and Royal Engineers to Fort Hope. Finally, Douglas acknowledges his
inaccuracyin
designating Colonel Moody the Lieutenant Governor.
