The Queen had
been pleased to institute a Court of Vice
Admiralty for the
Colony of

and transmitting to me Her Majesty's
Commission constituting me Vice Admiral of the same, and also
transmitting Her Majesty's Commission to
M Matthew Baillie
Begbie as Judge of that Court.
2. The Fees required by the High Court of
Admiralty upon
M Begbie's Commission, amounting to £7.8.4, will be
obtained from
M Begbie, and transmitted according to your
instructions.
3. I have also received one Copy of the Rules and
Regulations![Manuscript image Manuscript image](https://hcmc.uvic.ca/~coldesp/jpg_scans/jpg_thumbnail/co_60_04/co_60_04_00238r.jpg)
Regulations of the said Court, which shall be duly delivered
to
M Begbie.
