I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your Despatch
of the 15th November 1858, No 40, intimating your approval
of the proceedings of Captain Parsons, R.E. in conveying the party
of Sappers and Miners under his command to

to honor his Bills for an additional Sum of Six Hundred pounds (£600);
