House of Assembly announcement of "An Act to enlarge the time limited by the Victoria Gas Company Act of 1860."

The text of this new act anachronistically identifies the original act as having been passed on December 19, 1861. The fact that the original Act was never publicly printed like this one adds to the confusion surrounding the first Act.
