A warraunt to the Exchecquer to pay such sommes of
money and to such persons as shalbe certified by any three of the
privy Councell vndr their handes whereof the
Lord Chamberlen to be one, To be bestowed vpon certen
Workes & Devises with a Stage for a Maske to be
