Il Balletto del Re, che si doueua fare hieri, giorno de tre Re, eí stato rimesso aí
domenica, senza sapersi ancora quali delli Ambasciatori delle due Corone
sia per ritrouaruisi, pretendendo ambedue dí esserui conuitati, materia che non si
potraí decidere senza un manifesto disgusto dí uno dí essi.
Translation
The King
’s masque, which was to have been performed yesterday, on Twelfth Night, has been
postponed until Sunday. It is still unknown which of the ambassadors of the two Crowns
will be present. Both of them claim to have been invited, and whatever decision will
be
taken one of them will be displeased.
