The Kinge came backe from Roiston on Saterday, but so far from beinge wearie or satisfied with those sportes, that presently after the holy dayes he makes reckening to be there again, or as some say to go further toward Lincolnshire to a place called Ancaster heath. in the meane time here is great prouision for cockepit to entertaine him at home; and of maskes and reuells against the mariage of Si r Phillip Harbert and the Lady Susan Vere which is to be celebrated on St Johns Day. the Quene hath likewise a great maske in hand againsttwelftide: for which there was 3000 li deliuered a moneth ago.
