Bodleian Library, MS Eng. Misc. C.4, fol. 3
Receipt to
Philip Fludde
, for payment made for stockings for
Prince Charles
. The receipt appears on the recto of a single, unfolded paper leaf; the bottom right-hand
corner of the MS has been torn off, probably to indicate the account had been settled.
The MS is bound with seven other papers dating from 1617-20, all of which relate to
payments made on behalf of
the prince
for plays, masques and entertainments.
