's masque, in a dispatch sent home by the Venetian ambassador, Amerigo Salvetti
, dated 28 Feb. 1617 [i.e. 18 Feb. 1618]. It
occupies two pages in a single folded sheet (extract on p. 2).

Translation
Yesterday evening, it being Shrove Tuesday,
the Prince
performed his masque again, though without the
Queen
being present, nor the ambassadors.
