Payment to John Palmer for watching for fire in the banqueting house, in the Declared Accounts of the Treasurer of the Chamber, Sir William Uvedale , from 1 Oct. 1617 to 30 Sept. 1623. This MS details arrears in wages, etc., left unpaid by John, Lord Stanhope of Harrington , the previous Treasurer of the Chamber.

Also allowed to the saide Accomptaunte for money by him payde to sondrye yeomen and gromes of the Chamber, offycers of the standinge warderobes and of the warderobes of beddes and others for servyces by them performed accordinge to bylles thereof subscrybed by the lorde Chamberleyne or Vicechamberleyne of his majes ties housholde expressinge the servyces by them done, and the seuerall places where the same were
