Payment to John Palmer for watching for fire in the banqueting house, in the Declared Accounts of the Treasurer of the Chamber, Sir William Uvedale , from 1 Oct. 1617 to 30 Sept. 1623. This MS details arrears in wages, etc., left unpaid by John, Lord Stanhope of Harrington , the previous Treasurer of the Chamber.
