Entry in the Declared Accounts of the Paymaster of the Works, Henry Weeks , for making ready the banqueting house, among payments relating to works carried out at Whitehall from 1 Oct. 1616 to 30 Sept. 1617.

Alsoe allowed to the said Accomptaunte for money yssued paid and defeyed for woorkes and reperacions donne and bestowed within the tyme of this Acompte vpon whitehall also the new Pallace of Westminster with other places thereto belonnging and neare adioyning by masons Carpenters Bryckleyors Tylors Playsterers Plombers Ioyners Matleyors Mazer scoweres and other Artizans woorkemen and Labourers aswell ... for diverse woorkes & reperacion s in making ready the Banquetting house for Barryers at the Creacion of Prince Charles and for a maske performed there in November December and Ianuary 1616
