: I must againe vse my mans hand in desiringe your care for ye delyverie of theis
two letteres, one to my Lord of
Rutland
the other to my Lord
Willoughby of Ersby. My Lord of
Rutland
I am informed will be wit h you at Roiston very shortlie, if he be not already come. Therfore for his lettere it may lye by you untill you may deliuer it his lordship your self. only this I desire yow to acquaint my Lord
Hay that you haue a lette re from me to him against his coming to you which I presume his Lordshi p will second wit h our desires to haue him one of our Maske. The other to ye Lord Wilhoby is to the same purpose to desire him to be one of the Company of the Maskers,
but of that you must healpe me to convey it to him speedily and safelie wit h some extraordynarie chardge to the post. not to Loose tyme, and ye next post to
him to craue by lette re from you an aunswer of myne. Beare wit h me yat I trouble you wit h yis no matter of state but much importes me, for which you shall haue my many thankes. as
