Payments to Sir Richard Conningsby and Henry Colborne in the unendorsed, draft accounts of the Treasurer of the Chamber, John, Lord Stanhope of Harrington , from 29 Sept. 1610 to 29 Sept. 1611. The accounts appear on folio-size paper pages, and have been bound in vellum with a variety of other documents relating to court finances between 1578 and 1611. These include a draft of the Chamber accounts from 1604 to 1605; pay-books of the ordinance office; and papers concerning victualling of the fleet in Ireland . (Note: The second payment may refer to Love Freed.)
