Translation
As soon as the barriers were over (which as I wrote to you were held by his Highness the Prince ), and three prizes - one of which went to the Earl of Montgomery and the two others to private gentlemen - were given with beautiful ceremony, the king went to Royston to hunt. Her Majesty the Queen withdrew to Greenwich, in order to take a rest from the entertainments, which cannot be given without inconveniencing her greatly. She is thinking of coming back to London at Candlemas, which is solemnly celebrated at court.
