Sir Dauid Murray. for paiment vnto diuers Cittizens, for Pearles, Silkes & other necessaries prouided for the Prince at the time of the Barriers;

Iames &c.To the Treasurer and Vndertreasurer of our Exchequer greeting. Whereas divers pearles Silkes and other necessaryes were provyded and taken vp of diverse cittizens of our cittie of London for the vse and seruice of our deerest sonne the Prince at the tyme of the Barryers, and other excersises of Armes, performed by him at chrismas last, which to gether with the workemanshipp thereof amount vnto the some of one thowsand nyne hundred fower score six poundes nyne shillinges seaven pence, appearing by an account of the severall parcelles thereof, and the somes due to euery particular person for the same vnder the hand of Sir Dauid Murray knight, which wee haue seene and ^ ⎡allowed⎤ all <..> , and whereof wee are pleased to make payment and satisfacion. Wee therefore do will and comaund yow, out of such our treasure as now is, or hereafter shall remayne in the Reciept of our Exchequer, to cause payment to be made vnto the said Sir Dauid Murray knight or his assigne of the said some of one thowsand nyne hundred fowrescore and six poundes nyne shillinges seaven pence, to be by him paid ouer vnto euery of the said persons their executors administrators or assignes respectively, according to their particular Bills distinguished in the said Accompte, without imprest, accompte or other charge to be sett on him or any of them for the same. And theis our lettres shalbe your sufficient warrant and discharge in this behalf. Given vnder our privy Seale at our Pallace of Westminster the xijth day of February 1609.
