Bill to Sir Walter Cope for materials relating to the entertainment, presumably submitted by Henry Helmes , dated 5 April 1609. Single unfolded sheet, one folio. The bill appears on the recto only; the verso is blank. There is some damage, especially to the right-hand margin.
