Thomas Wilson 's account of expenses incurred against the £20 advance he received on 2 May for the entertainment, dated 5 May 1608. The totals appear in a second hand, possibly Wilson 's own; his signature appears at the end of the account. A note parallel to the left-hand margin confirms payment to James Blackleech , together with Blackleech's signature. One folded sheet, two folios; the account appears on p. 1; pp. 2-3, blank; p. 4, subscription. There is some damage to the right-hand margin of fol. 1.
