Translation
On the last day of Carnival, the wedding of
John Ramsay Viscount of Haddington and the daughter of the Earl of Sussex took place.
New festivities and new masques were put on at court for the occasion, to which the
ambassadors of
France
and
Flanders
were summoned, in the same way as the Spanish and Venetian Ambassadors were summoned
and present at the earlier festival put on by the
Queen
.
