Knowe all men by theise presents That I Beniamin Iohnson esquire haue assigned and set over and by theise presents do assigne & sett over vnto my verie loving Frend Nicholas Harman esquier the somme of twentie pounds. To be received had and taken out of the first and next moneys that shall accrue and growe due vnto me vpon my pention of one hundred markes per'ann issuing and payable vnto me out of the Receipts of his Majesties Exchequer And I do further authorize the said Mr Harman to signe and deliver vnto the Tellor. of his Majesties said Receipt acquitances or other discharges vppon the receipt of my said pention or any part therof vntill he shall be fullie satisfied and paid to his owne proper vse and behoofe the said somme of twentie pounds so ressigned by vertue of theise presents which I do hereby ratifie confirme and allowe of as if the same were my owne act or acts in that behalf.
