Quarterage payment (membership dues) by Jonson for his membership of the Tylers' and Bricklayers' Company   , 1 May 1611 , in the Quarterage Book for 1588-1616. Jonson 's payment covered eight-and-a-half years at the usual rate of four pence per quarter. The Quarterage book is a folio-sized record of quarterage payments by guild members. It is unfoliated and arranged chronologically.
