Overall points: You should be aiming for a score of -5 or greater. Zero or above is impressive!
Responsibility points: Aim for -1 or zero here.
Data points: Aim for -2 or higher. If your score is lower, then you need to look more closely at how your data is structured, stored and managed.
Product points: Aim for a positive score here. If your score is below zero, your project may not be maintainable over the long term.
Processing points: Aim for zero in this section, especially if your project relies on complex build processes to create its products.
Documentation points: Aim for zero here. A negative score indicates that there\'s a real danger from inadequate documentation.
"I don\'t know" points: If you are a project leader, you should never be answering I don\'t know to anything. This should be zero.
Release points: You should be aiming for a positive score of two or above in this section.

Welcome to the Project Endings Sustainability Questionnaire.

This questionnaire is designed as a tool to help project planners, managers and teams assess how likely their Digital Humanities project is to survive in a useful form in the long term (where the long term is defined as several decades). The questionnaire should take around 15 minutes to complete, and will give you scores designed to help you focus on areas which may negatively affect the likelihood that the products and data from your project will survive.
