The Body and the Page Victoria, British Columbia, Canada 26-28 July, 2018

All conference sessions, lectures, and workshops will take place on the beautiful University of Victoria campus. The campus is located on the traditional lands of the Songhees, Esquimalt, and WSÁNEĆ peoples, whose historical relationships with the land continue to this day.

The campus is largely flat and highly wheelchair accessible. It is located 7 km from downtown Victoria, on a number of direct bus routes.

Most events will be held at the McPherson Library, which includes a Digital Scholarship Commons and a Special Collections reading room and teaching classrooms.

Lunches and breaks are catered for all delegates. On campus, breakfast is available in the Cadboro Commons Cafeteria from 7 to 10:30 AM; dinner is available in Mystic Market up to 7 PM.

There will be a Thursday evening reception on campus followed by the option of signing up for a group dinner at a downtown restaurant (at your own cost); local Victorianists will each lead a group to a favourite local restaurant. There will also be a Friday evening salmon barbeque dinner at the University Club on campus for an extra charge at registration time.
