Working on workshop, map, and other details

Prepped meeting task list. Made some progress on my workshop, but a long way to go still. Picked up welcome sign from Zap. Made tweaks to schedule, got one video organized from absent presenter, fixed bugs in map, and several other minor things.

Walkround of venue, more finalization of arrangements

Did a walkthrough with LS, checking final details; we've relinquished the FL room and we can host the food in the main room instead, saving some money and freeing up the FL for them to use. I've now ordered two projectors from AV to enable us to have dual displays in the dining room, as recommended by LS. JJ has ordered wifi; JN is checking on access to Clearihue on the weekend; and lots of other irons are in the fire.

Room schedules working

I have the code written to build the per-room schedule sheets in PDF format, all now in the repo. Just waiting till the chairs are finalized to be able to print these and push the latest schedule doc to the site.

Meeting, print jobs in, Breezemap updates

Lots of stuff crossed off the task list today, including the print jobs for booklet and signs, and a lot more progress on BreezeMap functionality especially for mobile.
