Built the volume, with everything included except one outstanding article and the editorial intro. It comes to 276 pages right now. Also retrieved old built volumes and put them into the repo.
I have eleven colour images for the PG text, and I've now extracted them from their PDFs and integrated them into the text between two acts, per suggestion from HT. Waiting to see whether she's happy with the result.

This involved some tweaks to the XSLT/FO for the PDF generation to handle page-break avoidance and block versus inline versions of stage directions.
