Beginning to flesh out the ODD file and documentation for the nascent journal article schema we're developing.
Chased up a couple of reviewers; did my own first review for Issue 8.
Some reviewer management; some work on the ODT conversion, which is now looking very nice (added page-numbering in the footer as well as some tweaks to make nested quote marks work properly); put the second article generated from XML into the copyediting chain; started work on the third, with some questions to the author, answered; and raised a question with SS about the last of the four articles.
Continued work on the journal schemas and transformations, moving on to the second document in the Issue 7 pipeline. Also began some conversations about our work on the TEI Publishing SIG, in the hopes that this will help us by providing a source of expert advice on specific issues, and also revitalize the SIG itself, which has been languishing a bit recently.
More work on the FODT conversion today, and the first article to come through that process was checked and shipped off for copyediting. Still lots of work to do on this with RVDB, but we're making progress.
Finished the third Issue 7 article and put it into the repo for encoding. Also went through the Issue 8 reviewer situation, sent reminders, created a summary for editors of the situation, etc.
Reviewed a second revised article for Issue 7 and cleared it for acceptance; wrote a second time to some potential reviewers for Issue 8 who have not responded.

I have basic image support, handling for lists, and very nice indenting and syntax-highlighting for egXML blocks working now.
Created a spreadsheet of all the potential new reviewers with contact details, and drafted two boilerplate messages to be sent out to them.
