Wrote intro and outline for documentation for my successor in the ME role.

An assessment of revisions followed by a full copyedit on #106. Some housekeeping stuff.

JF's Lansdowne visit is coming closer; added it to the Events calendar, made some announcements, contacted AV, and did some other bits and pieces. Lots to do yet.

A bit more correspondence; finished a first copyedit of the first Issue 9 article.

Correspondence with authors; compilation of a spreadsheet of presentations from 2015; other housekeeping.

I've corrected all but one of the encoded poems (one appears to be an unchanged version of the bare template). I've also created diff files for each of the marked poems, and written a Python script to parse the diff files and create a bash script which exports original and corrected revisions from svn into a folder for JJ to use; she can diff them with Oxygen's diff tool and see the differences easily. This looks like being a useful way of proceeding in future.

Created the CfP and tested the submission link. JW to publicize.

Corrected a bunch more of the encodings, and saved diffs. We'll set up diff-viewing with Meld for JJ to do her assessments based on the corrections on Monday.

Decision on article, beginning of rewrite, other housekeeping.

With JJ marked the first 10 encoded texts and corrected them fully. We've evolved a method of marking which involves analysis and correction, and the supplying a diff of the original and corrected file to the student along with all the other feedback. It's working well, and although it's not quick, it does result in good high-quality results in the XML repository.
