Had a quick meeting with Peter and Karen Whyte, who's the fundraising officer for the Humanities, about the future of the scholarship funded by revenue from Half-Baked. We decided that at the end of every year (March 31), 50% of money in the account over a cap of $6000 would be transferred into the scholarship fund. This will be formalized in a letter of understanding, to ensure it survives any organizational changes.
Clifton updated me on progress on Agenda. We discussed best way to allow user to select times for each class - primary interface will provide a dropdown of the standard sequence blocks, plus a 'customize' option, which when selected, will display a panel of components for setting the time for each day.
Data table will be modified to accommodate different timeblock for each different day, rather than assuming course runs at the same time on any day that it is running.
This interface also has to support some indication of "online" course offering, which doesn't have a specific start or end time.

Reviewed current state of Agenda project. There is a problem with extra space characters mysteriously appearing before and after the cours number in its field in each record. Current theory is that the DOM is incorporating whitespace it shouldn't be.
Also agreed that Clifton will submit an email each day he works and on Fridays we'll have a review meeting.
