I assume I am the only member of IALLT at the moment. Peter is no longer. I am renewing membership fof 2 years.
Followed up with Columbia on earthquake kits. Order went in on 2/5, but nothing has been received. Invoice went out on 14th. They had difficulty finding the order, didn't have any idea about the materials. They will call back once they find it.
Call back says the kits were incomplete, and they are waiting on a few items. They will be delivered by Friday 23rd, Monday latest.
Emailed Steve Gorham asking for clarification on the previous email. Steve and I discussed briefly by phone, then Martin joined us. I followed up with an email to staff.

Had to reset the RC blog, and remind RC folks in email they should use their existing passwords if they already had them for project blogs. Also, I reminded other to change their passwords once they get them.
Sent work order to FacMan regarding the front door lock. Notified staff that work order had been placed.
Arranged with Didier to pick up keys and distribute to staff. He did. Spoke to Alicia Brown by phone, and wrote staff email on not arming labs this week.
The dean and Peter wanted more information on the TAPoR IOF funding, and positions associated with it. Reviewed IOF budget, consulted with with Sandy Bligh (who will contact Gloria at Mac for further confirmation), and sent current figures to Peter.

Wrote emails to Marie Vatier (web page request), Catherine Caws (Presentation), Peter (Asset maps, Credit/Recognition for project work), and Purchasing (payment to Atlas on TV). Made 3 phone calls and did some follow up paperwork.
